What Zynapse Meet is
Most meeting tools are recorders. They give you a transcript and a summary after everyone has hung up. That’s useful, but it always arrives too late to change the conversation you just had.
Zynapse Meet is built around a simpler idea: the most valuable moment in a meeting is duringthe meeting. So it listens to the last few speaker turns, decides when a real question has been asked, and quietly suggests an answer drawn from your own knowledge base — past calls, product docs, and files you’ve uploaded. After the call, you still get the clean notes, searchable transcript, and action items you’d expect.
The honest founder story
Zynapse Meet is built by Raviraj Savaliya, a solo founder and engineer. It started with a frustration I kept hitting on my own calls: someone would ask about a detail from a meeting three weeks ago, or a number buried in a spec, and I’d either fumble it or promise to “follow up after.” The answer almost always existed somewhere — I just couldn’t recall it in the ten seconds I had.
I didn’t want another tool that summarized the conversation after it was over. I wanted something that had my back whileit was happening. So I built it. As a one-person company, I ship carefully, read the feedback myself, and answer support emails myself. It’s early, and I’d rather be honest about that than pretend to be a big team. If something is rough, tell me — it usually gets fixed fast.
What makes it different
- •Live in-call answers — a fast LLM watches the last few speaker turns, detects a genuine question, and suggests an answer from your knowledge base in real time. No regex, no keyword triggers.
- •Topic-aware notes — transcripts are chunked by topic boundaries the model detects, not by fixed character counts, so summaries read the way the meeting actually flowed.
- •Your knowledge, not the public internet — answers come from your past meetings, product docs, and uploaded files, scoped to your organization.
- •Per-account pricing — solo founders and small teams aren't punished with per-seat fees on the lower tiers.
