Terms of Service

Zynapse Meet is an AI meeting assistant that can join your meetings, record and transcribe them, generate summaries and action items, and suggest real-time answers during live calls from your connected knowledge sources. Features may evolve over time.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to recording and transcribing meetings, including obtaining the consent of participants where required by law. You represent that you have the authority and necessary permissions to invite the recording assistant into any meeting you record with the Service.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• •Record or process meetings without the consents required by law.
• •Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users' data.
• •Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by these Terms.
• •Upload content that infringes the rights of others or contains malicious code.

The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Recall.ai. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability or behavior.

You retain ownership of the meeting recordings, transcripts, documents, and other content you provide or generate through the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide and improve the Service for you. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from your account settings and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Usage limits apply per the plan you select.

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated summaries, transcripts, and answer suggestions may contain errors and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete Your Content in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Zynapse Meet is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
