Is Zynapse Meet per-seat or per-account?

Free, Pro, and Business are priced per account with a meeting-volume cap — so adding a second teammate doesn't double your bill. Enterprise is custom.
What happens if I run out of meetings in a month?

You can keep accessing recordings and summaries from prior meetings. New meetings won't be recorded until your next billing cycle resets — or you can upgrade mid-month and the new cap applies immediately.
Do you offer a free trial of Pro?

The Free plan never expires and covers 5 meetings a month. Most people use that to evaluate the product. If you need a longer Pro trial for a team rollout, email us.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings; you keep access through the end of the billing period. No clawbacks, no exit fees.
