Can my whole sales team use one account?

The Business plan is per account with 150 meetings/month and team-wide knowledge base. Most 3–10 person sales teams fit on Business. Larger teams use Enterprise.

Are the live AI suggestions visible to the prospect?

No. Suggestions render only in your private Zynapse Meet dashboard. The bot appears in the meeting as a labeled participant for honest recording disclosure, but the AI output is for your eyes only.
